Guided by Ventum pros, rides depart the hotel at 9 a.m. and can accommodate both fun-spirited, no-drop paces and more competitive, test-your-mettle efforts. Upon return, ride into town for the Saturday farmers market, a showcase of local artisans and vendors, then grab an iced coffee and breakfast burrito or ham-and-cheddar croissant from beloved institution Paradise Bakery.
